About Us \ Resume Hawk Professional Services™ was founded by Greg Snow, an experienced career consultant, public speaker, and executive recruiting professional. Mr. Snow graduated at the top of his class with a Degree in Psychology from Trinity International University near Chicago. While in school, he served as the President of Psi Chi: National Honor Society in Psychology.
Later he worked for nine years as an adolescent counselor assisting teens and their families resolve complex interpersonal issues. Since then, he has acquired more than fifteen years of executive recruiting experience with nearly a decade as the National Recruiting Director for a recognizable Chicago-based hospitality organization.
Mr. Snow is currently a member of the Society for Human Resource Professionals, Society for Human Resource Management, and the Human Resources Management Association. He has publicly spoken on the topic of recruiting, interviewing, and selection, and has written a recruiting procedural manual and manager's behavioral interviewing guidebook for a leading upscale health and fitness organization.
